The Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (CSEE) is a nonprofit, non-governmental academic and professional organization of scientists and engineers in the electrical engineering field. The CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems (JPES) is dedicated to reporting the new development of academic research in the fields of power and energy systems. The journal provides an international platform for authors to maximize the reach and in uence of their contributions.
